We buy e-commerce businesses.

Amazon brands on Seller Central or Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace and DSV accounts, and Shopify stores. If you're thinking about selling, send us the basics and we'll tell you whether it's a fit.

You deal with the buyer directly. There's no listing fee, and your business is never posted publicly.

What we buy

Whole businesses, including the brand, the sales accounts and the supplier relationships behind them.

Amazon Vendor Central brands
Our main focus. Brands that sell to Amazon through Vendor Central, including ones whose purchase orders have slowed down or stopped.
Walmart DSV
Brands approved as Walmart drop ship vendors, with or without a Walmart Marketplace store.
Amazon Seller Central brands
Established private-label brands, ideally with a registered trademark and Brand Registry.
Shopify stores
Direct-to-consumer stores with steady online sales and their own customer base.

How we value a business

Online sales
We value the business on recurring online revenue. Wholesale and offline sales are useful context, but they don't go into the price.
The last 12 months
Revenue, net profit and how steady both have been. A business with even, predictable sales is worth more than one with a single big month.
Clean ownership
The trademark, sales accounts and supplier relationships need to be able to move to us without disputes.

How a sale works

Everything you share stays between us. We don't publish seller information or pass it to anyone else.

  1. Send the basics

Platform, category, and revenue and profit for the last 12 months. A few lines is enough to start.

  2. Talk it through

A call or chat about how the business runs and why you're selling. We may ask for sales reports or screenshots from your seller account.

  3. Get a written offer

If it's a fit, we send an offer with the price and payment terms in writing.

  4. Verify and hand over

We check the numbers together, then the accounts and assets move to us on the schedule set out in the agreement.

Got an email from us?

We write to owners of online businesses that look like they could be a fit, using business contact details that are publicly available, such as a brand's website or storefront. Each message is about a possible acquisition and nothing else.

We don't sell or share these addresses. If you'd rather not hear from us, use the unsubscribe link in the email, visit our unsubscribe page, or reply with "unsubscribe", and we'll stop.
